Core Features: (not really admin or end user)
Caching System
- Queries are what will slow you down when the traffic levels go up. Every query you can remove from a page will not only improve load time but reduces stress on the server.
- Settings are cached. With your traditional script as soon as you open a file the very first thing it does is connects to your database just for your settings!
- Ads are saved to the database and cached to the filesystem to get the best of both worlds. You get to easily edit the ads (db) and they cache to the filesystem to prevent additional queries for the end user
- Categories List in the header is cached
- ALL Media related variables are cached so you don't even have to query the DB just to play a video.
- Tons of behind the scenes queries were cached

Content types
- ANY file type (templates/embed/) simply create embed_xxx.tpl where xxx is the extension you want to support. You can also edit the ones currently in that directory to modify embed codes
- Plugs are A frame with a link back to you which you can customize with your logo and ads an example of this can be found here.
- Custom embed codes can also be used. When you browse most tube sites you will find embed tags which will allow you to put that file on your site without using up your bandwidth.
- Sponsors videos as of the V1.5 release PerfectGonzo is the only advertiser that we have an import system available to automate this content. Currently it is over 1100 videos!
- Flash game support

Templates
- PHP is usable in templates! You can mix HTML and PHP tags in your templates without any problems
- minimal amounts of PHP are used in the default templates
