Import error

I am getting this error when I run the import file:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 20971520 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 35 bytes) in /chroot/home/portalis/portalise.net/html/skooltalk/sites/video/admin/xml_php5.php on line 174

also every time I try to import the line chnages like this time it said:

in /chroot/home/portalis/portalise.net/html/skooltalk/sites/video/admin/xml_php5.php on line 294

Every time I retry it changes the tried to allocate aswell
