most thumbnails now fixed

I finally got the tools written and was able to create thumbnails for MOST of the items missing thumbs. I still have to work out a couple of instances where the script fails to make thumbs but a LOT of new video's now have proper thumbs. A script to update your thumbs will come in the near future.


While I was at it I noticed quite a few thumbnails were just too big so I went through and SHRANK a lot of them down to much more reasonable sizes to improve load times for everybody.

I still have some more work to do on new entries and getting proper thumbnails but it takes alot more CPU to open the video and make a thumb than I expected.

I still see lots of error with thumbnails. I there a way how I can fix all the broken thumbnails that I have on my site?

not without ffmpeg... I have to reprocess a ton of videos from the past couple of weeks.

im familar with ffmpeg if you need a hand let me know might be able to help cut the time in half
