Moderators needed

I'm just about done writing the moderator tools and we BADLY need help sorting through our database. Duties will include monitoring the DB to see if adult content isn't flagged as such. Sorting through reported bad content and approving video's already in our DB but not viewed yet. Currently there are 1626 videos that need to be moderated. Those are a simple approve if its good or delete if it sucks! One of the big new things I've just added that we need help with is sorting through ADULT content. I have uploaded a ton of video's and have used scripts to convert them to .flv and create thumbnails. All we have to do to get them added into the DB are putting in a title and description! really simple yet "hard" since you're watching a ton of porn!
