I'm finding that on some servers (3 so far) that the flash based file upload tool simply doesn't work! I'm not really sure what is causing this yet. From the looks of it it seems to be some kind of server specific problem but I haven't found any config options to change that fix it! Until I can learn more about this I am going to post instructions for a completely form based browser upload tool as at least a temporary fix for these people.
