Compliance notice??????

Hello,

I have a question regarding compliance.
I know that the page containing explicit content should have compliance notice:

U.S.C. TITLE 18, SECTION 2257 COMPLIANCE

How do you deal with that since all content was not created by publisher?

if you have a 2257 link available there's a field for it in the video add/edit process.

For the most part tubes are really ignoring this. If you're using something like sponsored vids the place you're getting them from will have a proper 2257 paperwork but if you're just using them from other people you can't possibly comply with 2257.

If I’m just collecting the links to explicit content, like “Links Dump” site similar to this:

Do I need to worry about anything?

link type things or sites using embedded content I doubt have anything at all to worry about.

when I used the word "tubes" it was just a general reference to all of the various people with tube sites.
