Here is a few suggestion or ideas.
I have seen some humor sites have a system where it displays links to other sites based on how much times they have refered traffic to your own site. something like a referral counting link system.
How about an "Become an Affiliate" feature in the links box.
How about having a comments and member system. Like on the game page it would ask to add comment or view comments and then it would go to a seperate page where you could add or view comments by other users. Also the ability to allow users to have avatars displayed next to there name in the comments would be cool.
and on the newest videos box it would be cool to have the actual thumbnail of the new movie displayed than just boring text. Althou I realize some people might want that, but i think more pictures the better it looks.
