I'm choosing walmart for camping so I won't be left out in the cold.... I probably won't have an internet connection while I'm there. I'm bringing ear plugs and stuff to help me sleep while the store is open LOL I have no plans of keeping my PS3's... going to sell them on 24 hour auctions on ebay! Its just too easy to make money that way ;) I'm outta here right after dinner.

I myself will be out as well to see if I am lucky enough to grab 1 or 2.

See everyone tomorrow.

what do ya know? 30 hours + early wasn't enough for the 9 locations I just went to.... LUCKILY 2 places are doing a raffle. 2 Meijer locations (tried a third but they were camping) were handing out raffle tickets for them. The raffle is tonight at 12:01 so I'll find out if I get one in under 5 hours AND I don't have to camp and waste time...

its rainy and cold here too!

Please fill me in. I am completely new to games.

The only "video game" I know is TETRIS.

So, please tell me what this fuzz with camping at Walmarts,
buying PS3's and selling them on eBay is all about.

Well I am not in to gaming myself. I was simply in it for the money. PS3's are selling on ebay from $1500 - $2000. And the PSP is a 1/3 of that.

Ok. And what games would I have to buy? And why don't people just go to Walmart and buy them themselves? Could you post a link to an ebay auction or send a PM?

I am very curious and would not mind turning $500 into $1500 if it's easy and not too much risk.

Would defenitely help to pay for my daughters school.

There is no "easy" way to get that $1,000 profit, it was meaning camping out at your local walmart, circuit city, bestbuy, and etc.

If you willing to spend likely 50hours camped in a tent, in front of a store, you MIGHT get one. Then you can list on ebay and get triple the price.

And people cant just "go" to walmart and pick up the PS3 because supply isn't there. It's basically a supply/demand type thing.

Well I am not in to gaming myself. I was simply in it for the money.

me too. I bought an xbox with 8 games and I never play it and when I do, I just dont have the patients and end up turning off my console and jumping on the computer to work on my websites.

I dont know if its just because I actually know what goes on behind the scenes of a console that makes it not interesting or what.... I used to be heavy into gaming before I got introduced to a computer.

I got mine... Hoping to profit $1k off of it on ebay ;) setup a 1 day auction with at $2k BIN so with some luck it'll hit that and be an over $1400 profit!
